Cancelation & Returns

We really hope you like the order you have chosen. We take great care in choosing our products and always endeavour to delivery a professional service. If however, you feel you would like a refund on your order you must notify us and return your items within fourteen working days of receiving your order.
The U.K Distance Selling Regulations gives you the right to cancel your order for any items purchased from for a full refund accept earrings, underwear or any items that can not be returned for hygiene reasons.

Please email Ribbon with the reason of your return, we will then send you a returns authorisation code which must be written on your original receipt and also on the returned parcel. Your original receipt must go into the returned parcel and sent back with the return items. Any returned parcels that do not have the original receipt or authorisation number can not be accepted.

You will be responsible for the returned insured postage and when we have received your items back and they have been inspected and in perfect condition with all tags left on, we then can issue a full refund. Items must not be used or worn and product tags must be left on if you do not wish to keep any products. These will be clearly shown on your delivery and orders. Please use an insured postal service which has a tracking facility.
We can not be responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds must be given by the original method of payment. Purchases made with a Credit or Debit card will have the refund given back onto the original card used to purchase Ribbon products. Refunds can not go back onto any other card or other persons card.
